Description	We are in the due diligence phase of buying a house and need some advice re costs. The house would need to be reclad (currently weatherside and highline asbestos). Roof will also need replacing. Building report shows no major moisture issues at this point (although parts of the weatherside are in decay) but recommends this work be budgeted for and we would want to complete it asap. The house is 190sqm. Also, how long would this work take to complete? Would we be able to live in the house while it was being done? (3 small kids) Many thanks.
