Description	I am looking at purchasing a new place as an investment. I have tried to attach the listing ref from trade me so you can see the pictures but the site does not allow me to for some reason so if you get in touch I will send you the listing ref. The cost of relining these walls will make or break my ability to put in an offer. Does someone have experience with this please and if so can they give me an idea as to what I can expect cost wise please to hire someone to do it? Also I would like to know how much it might cost to re wire an old house such as this [phone] villa, 5 bedroom and 160m2. I suspect it will be old wiring. Thanks a lot
