Description	Just moved into an Ex State House and need to get the following done as a priority: One Window Sill has dry rot and needs replacing. Some of the Fascia Boards new replacing as well. I would also like a quote for the following: [phone] Room to be re-gibbed and insulated, along with creating extra power points in adjascent rooms. Underfloor Insulation - using the govt grant cheers.
