Description	We are seeking to convert our laundry to second bathroom / laundry and our large roof space above the garage into a loft / 4th bedroom with a connecting staircase. [phone] This type of project is very common in the UK but does not seem to be done so much in New Zealand so a little expertise in handling this type of project would be very useful. We require the services of a draftsperson / architect and a builder. We prefer to work with one company which offers both specialties (or similar). We need some good practical, cost effective ideas; plans; building permits etc. We would like to get started as soon as possible.
