Description	Renovations required to new rental property in Dunedin. - Install a new ensuite in upstairs bedroom (Framing,linings,shower,vanity,toilet etc) - Renovate an existing sleepout which currently has toilet and laundry attached to make self contained with these services used to create new bathroom area and basic kitchenette. - Renovations required at time of possession of property late October.
