Description	We are looking to replace bath wall lining, install new bath, vanity and toilet and possibly screen off washing machine and dryer in the same room. There is at least one rotten floor board under bath. We are in central Wellington but unfortunately up 82 steps from street level! (There is access through back neighbours down steps and we would try to do most heavy stuff ourselves to save costs). A builder who has a plumber they regularly work with would be great. There are a couple of other small jobs that a plumber could do in the house.
