Description	Downstairs bathroom (has shower, toilet and vanity) Needs complete dismantle and revamp to create ensuite for bedroom nxt door which has built in vanity the space from which could be used for access plus a separate toilet for house use. Room measures approx [phone] x 2100. Original ceiling needs replacing ( has open beams) House approx 28yrs old. Would be able to dismantle ourselves after taking advice from selected tradesperson....Prefer someone local Lower Cashmere area ....flooring contractor could quote to do kitchen,dining, hall, & laundry. Plumber would get upstairs shower after discussion on what to do.
