Description	We have a single-storey weatherboard home in St Albans, Christchurch, that requires painting. We will supply the paint, we just need somebody to sand (where required), prep and paint all exterior walls and windows. Not sure of exact surface area but house is approximately 153m2 in footprint area. There is also a metal Versatile double garage which will require painting.
