Description	Rewiring of rubber wiring in a spare room. There are also three power points to install (new plates) and one of these at least to be a double plug. The light fitting in the room also needs new wiring. We are relining the room and so want the work done in the next two weeks when the lining is off before the builder relines the walls. I have had quotes for rewiring the remainder of the house and that was expensive. I could be interested in getting quotes for this again to see if the cost is similar but the main job is the spare room at this point.
