Description	Remove existing gib, scotia from open plan lounge-dining-kitchen (3. [www] plus 5m2 area to side) area, replace with new gib, finish, plaster and paint. Also require walls of lounge & kitchen to be skim coated. Existing light fittings, solartube & ventilation outlet to be reinstalled. Prefer no scotia (square finish) where walls and ceiling meet if possible.
