Description	1. Shower over bath shows sign of leaking. Water keeping running out (can see from the outside of the house). Might need to fix the leak, replace the bath, wall lining and tiling on the floor. Floor area approx 4-5sqm. 2.Also some of the wooden windows in the house can't open or close properly. Some need to be fix/sand, some need to replace the handle or hinges. 3.(Exterior) A Few wooden strip/weatherboard need to be replaced.Front (close to hose tap)and back (below the bedroom window) of the property. 4.Washer for cold water tap in bath to be replaced.
