Description	Gardens overgrown and want to glam them up so it looks nice year round, the layout needs fixing and make them maintenance free. Also paving or path required. Letter box needs replacing. 1 bedroom ceiling needs texturing removed and replaster plus paint 2 bedrooms, bathroom & toilet. I also have some leaking taps and shower hose.
