Description	#1 House is approximately 140m2 (floor area), with high ceilings. 100 year old weatherboard villa which was sanded back and re-painted 7 Years ago. We require house and roof to be water blasted, cracked putty scratched out and new putty applied to windows, window frames/ledges to be sanded back and any other small repairs or preparation required to paint (all exterior) We would also like a seperate quote of cost to paint the house. #2 Two Villa windows need to be repaired. Old pulley style windows. #3 Picket (depending on price) or timber paling fence to be built. Approximately 15 Metres #4 Exterior door to be repaired (replaced?) and re-hung. (second photo)
