Description	I recently just bought a house, there are a few exterior maintenance work need to be done. 1. The gap down the left-hand side of the bathroom aluminum window/cladding requires to be sealed. 2. The hole in the fibrolite in the area beside the hand-rail, at the right-hand side of the upstairs bedroom aluminum door, requires to be sealed. 3. The gap at the bottom right-hand side of the upstairs bedroom aluminum door requires to be sealed. (The exposed timber appears to have deteriorated). 4. There is rot to the top area of the timber (connecctor) on the cladding.
