Description	Existing steel and timber framed double garage is in a sad state due to rust and rot. Looking at refurbishing or replacement as soon as possible. Current size is 5.5m x 6m with approx 2.1m stud with gable roof. Has half height concrete retaining walls on two sides and full height along one side. Existing garage has side access door, row of three windows on side and two roller doors. We would like to replace the roller doors with a single sectional door. If entire garage replacement is suggested we would like to look at height (+300mm) and length (+0.5m to 1m) increases for additional space. Job would include any required building permits & consents, demolition and removal, refurbishment work and/or new installation of garage.
