Description	2.75m x 2.9m bathroom that needs a re-fit. Remove all existing bathroom - including gib, bath, shower, vanity etc Insulate and hardie-board walls/ceiling Install waterproofing, underfloor heating, tiles (up to ceiling) Install Atlantis - Linear Quattro (two wall) Shower (tiled floor) Install freestanding bath (Plumbline City Bath) Install vanity, mirror, toilet (all in existing locations) Lighting to be updated. This is the only bathroom in the house at this stage, so we'd need to talk about how we can work around this. Looking to start this job in April...and potential for contract of the further three phases of the house renovation project.
