| Description | We have a modern single story house. Roof is coloursteel. The flashing around logburner flue is leaking in rain and needs to be made watertight. You can see daylight from below (but there is no access from inside) . The join around the flue seems to be poor as it is in this circle that you can see daylight. Birds often come sown the flue into the logburner so we would also like to get this problem addressed at the same time. We are located close to Akaroa so perhaps best to combine with other jobs in the area to reduce travel costs. |
