| Description | Preparation and painting of weathered window frames and sashes required on single storied easily accessible Paekakariki property. Some urgency required as the property is vacant now but will be re-tenanted by mid-February and it would be ideal to have the job completed before then. Looking for trade-certified experienced painter with good references and high standards who can work quickly and efficiently and finish job within time frame. Owner can supply paint.
