Description	insurer said we need to replace all black dux pipes. there is crawl space. we will need to replace the whole bathroom floor anyway so should help with access. black pipes extent is to adjacent laundry and kitchen, all on the same side of the house. then we will replace built-in shower with new glazed unit. remove the existing bath tub and add a new toilet pan. we're thinking tiles on floor and walls. vanity can be reinstated. size of bathroom is [phone] x 1700mm, that has bath tub, vanity, and shower.
