Description	Tear up existing front porch and replace with Pine decktred clears. Existing bearer/joists have rotten in places as demonstrated by the ply panel over the top where the timber has completely rotten away. May require a couple of piles to go in for support. Estimate size as 4m long x 2.5W. Requesting quote to replace deck, remove concrete step and replace with timber and add small step at the door sill. Just like every job, requesting completion as soon as practical.
