Description	Hi looking for someone to quote on the refurbishment of 3 bedrooms and hallway. Job will include removal of existing gib and carpet, new gib, carpet and pink batts installed, new ceilings (2 rooms), doors, plastering and painting as well as the install of underfloor foil (200sqm). 1 bedroom built 1918ish other 2 in the 60's. Will organise electrical rewiring seperately. Preference for local tradespeople to avoid travel costs but will also consider quotes from Napier/Hastings if labour is less expensive. Will need an itemised quote for each part of the job, written terms of trade and agreed job completion date. Preference also for someone who can either do ALL parts of the job or has subcontractors to complete and who you are happy to organise and take responsibility for. Due to work commitments, quoting will need to take place after 5.30pm or on weekends. House is located 10min south of Waipukurau. Thanks for your interest.
