| Description | Our roof structure needs some maintenence and some repairs. ==Single storey house== * There are a couple of points on the roof frame above the gable where the barge boards are not touching end to end. * At least one point behind the gutters where the two timber beams dont appear to be touching. * There are several points on the soffit that need minor repairs. * The flashing between roof and bargeboards is looking average. Ideally the tradesperson would assess and fix the entire wood part of my roof bargeboards, soffit, timber behind gutters, and bring to a point to so that the wood can be repainted. [phone] The tradesperson should probably view the property before proceeding. I ask for quote for all jobs that probably exceed $500 |
