| Description | We have a large brick fireplace which was closed off by the previous owners and sealed in. We are currently looking at options for having the chimney and fireplace removed as it takes up room and can become a hazard. This will require the chimney and fireplace deconstruction and the roof and wall reconstruction. The fireplace connects the main house with the adjoining flat which may require some firewall measures at the end of the job. |
