Description	Hot water cylinder slow leak has damaged fibreboard(particle) floor, causing it to expand then weaken. It has damaged floor in the water cylinder cupboard, kitchen floor, laundary floor, and part of the hallway floor. Situated in Mana area, may also suit kapiti trades people. Estimate of area - up to 15 square meters floor board to be replaced
