| Description | We have a concrete tile that keeps leaking. A local roofer (who does not specialise in concrete tiles) has come out twice to patch it up with silicon. This lasts 6 or so months before it starts leaking again. I am wondering how much it would cost to have a roofer come out and assess the roof to see if there are also other tiles that need fixing/replacing and how much this will cost. |
