| Description | Engineer required to provide guidance and associated documentation for a bathroom extension. Planned extension is on the edge of a hill so I need particular advice on foundation location/depth etc, plus usual advice on lintels, bracing etc to support a building consent and resulting construction. Site in Korokoro (next to Petone) and no problem arranging site visits at any time that suits. |
