Description	We have 2 decks which needs some repairs in the following areas: [phone] One corner of the main deck slopes away about 5 cm, foundations are poor. Hasn't deteriorated since we've owned it (6 years). About 2.5 m above ground. [phone] Because of the slope, railing is buckled. 3) Some of the decking on both decks needs replacing ( some has been replaced in the past). 4) Under the deck is a garden shed with a corrugated iron roof that is not water proof. The main deck is about 8 m by 4 m. Second deck is about 5 m by 4m. Access to the property is either by cable car from a garage below or by 70 steps. I would like to get this completed by the end of February.
