| Description | 13 year old toilet has cracked rubber seals (see image). The flush unit that holds water inside the cistern no longer seals properly resulting in the cistern refilling every half hour. The washer for the tap also needs replacing. We would like to remove the old toilet and install a new water efficient toilet, that does not require using the full flush EVERY time. |
