Description	I am wanting to downsize my wash house to go behind a cupboard and convert the remaining space into a small family room with the adjoining dining room. It will need gibbing and pinkbatts. The plumbing will need to be moved. And the flooring and ceiling will need to be redone. A wall will need to be taken down too. Maybe two metres. Also looking at installing a larger window.
