Description	need to replace bath, add new taps, shower Rose and mixer. Add a new toilet to this bathroom and a new vanity with mixer. Also will include moving a window, and an internal wall to give extra space. Will also need to tile the wall around the bath and need advice regarding options. This is an old home, with native timb floors. Ideally would like to get done before xmas...
