Description	Tenders required for construction of new 4 bdrm house in Seatoun Heights comprising concrete block basement, two level timber frame with cedar cladding, profiled metal roof, polished concrete floors. There is also a separate pool house, similar construction with a 12m lap pool. Resource consent granted and building consent will be issued pre-xmas. There is a cottage on site that will be removed under a separate contract. We would like earthworks, foundations, blockwork, and plumbing, etc. started early January 2012. We would like the project completed by April if possible (please do not chase this project if you are not able to start early Jan)
