Description	Hi guys, I had initially planned ripping out the walls of all the above mentioned areas and putting in new gib. That was because I thought that removing wallpaper was going to be a big job - as time consuming as putting in new walls... Silly me! We have now removed the wallpaper off he Entrance, Lounge, Passage and Laundry. There are a few different walls but after making rough calculations, the estimated area that requires plastering is about 80 odd sqmts. Most important though is the fact that I want someone to start with this job immediately (ie. by Tuesday at the latest) because the walls are all stripped up already! Does this sound like you?
