| Description | I am looking at relocating a 2 storey dwelling. Top storey to remain largely as is, well ground floor re-designed to suit (single garage, 2 bedrooms, laundary and bathroom). The top storey will be craned onto new ground floor structure, and then new internal stairs installed and bottom floor fitted out. 2nd storey deck also required. Likely full reclad of whole exterior as well. New foundation required, looking at being block perimeter and timber construction. |
