Description	I have a kitchen/dinning area of aprox 5.4m x 2.4m which I want redone. The walls are to be replaced with gib, plastered, and painted. The ceiling is also to be replaced with gib,plastered and painted. We require a newstandard cooker with range hood, sink bench, dishwasher, and pantry on one side, workbench with storage underneath on the other side. The fridge will go the same side as the workbench. New lino will be required. The lino also cover the laundry in the room next to the kitchen. There is a hot water cylinder in the kitchen that we wnat removed and a new one installed in the laundry. The second part of the job is the bathroom and toilet. These are seperate rooms. In the toilet we want a new toilet and a small hand basin on the wall. The walls need replacing and new flooring is required. The bathroom has a bath with shower above and a vanity. The walls are seratone ? . there is some cracking in the walls above the bath. We would like it all replaced. Because of space we are looking at similar ie shower above the bath. We would like glass on the side of the bath rather than the current shower curtian. An extractor fan system and new floor covering is also required. Both these jobs are required to be completed this year.
