Description	Small bathroom (approx. 5m2) in Sandringham townhouse that requires renovation. I will be supplying all fixtures so we require an initial quote for installation and associated materials. In brief: New bath with new shower over; new toilet; new vanity, exhaust, light, heat unit; new heated towel rail, new mirror, re-gib, plaster, paint and partially tile walls; remove existing tiles from floor and replace with lino.
