Description	Worlds worst painter has had a go at patching a hole in the toilet wall of my rental property and now it needs an expert to fix up the botch up and do it properly. I will add that the hole was caused by the tenant and and painter was also organised by them - (lesson learned). Will need the wallpaper stipped off that has been painted over, hole properly repaired, plastered, painted etc. Paint door jam etc. Also want the same jack of all trades to tile the floor. Secondly tenants washing machine has flooded the laundry over a period of time and floor is like wheatbix and also needs to be replaced. Fortunetly the tenant has moved out. Unlike the tenant I have high standards and want someone who does a really good job but not a rip of merchant who can get this sorted pronto. I did take photos but they don't show how bad it really is.
