Description	We are looking for a builder who can replace a an opening door with a cavity slider and we want to remove a wall that divides our kitchen/dining wall. House from 1960's so not much timber above the wall. So a beam in ceiling will be required maybe for both. [phone] Will need a council consent so builder will need to apply and maybe good at drawing up plans.
