Description	I need a builder / jack of all trades ... Firstly I need a building inspection done on a house in Helensville, that I am looking to purchase , To check piles, wiring, roof, and make sure it won't fall over, on old house .. And then to price up cost of installing new kitchen, bathroom, deck, French doors , tiling, taking out a wall etc .. So what I need to know initially is how much for you to do a house inspection and quote for building work .. Need the inspection done / quote done as soon as and if all goes well and I buy the house I will need the renovations started in the 1st week of November .. Thanks Tanya
