Description	Existing bathroom 1.6 x 2.2 to be gutted of fittings. New linings fitted, new window fitted, 12m2 of tiling done, fully tiled shower fitted, new toilet and vanity. Through wall extractor fan to go in and skylight to be put in ceiling. I have purchased all fixtures and fittings which are now onsite. Some painting required on two of the walls that aren't tiled. Downlights required also. Not currently on mains water pressure in this bathroom, so will need as part of quote that possibility also. Expectation is for start date in the area of Monday October 11th.
