Description	I require a Builder/Carpenter (Labour Only) to help me complete a range of small to medium sized jobs until the rest of the year. I am looking for someone on a Casual Basis but it may turn out to be full time depending on how things go. I am prepared to pay good rates but this will depend on how skilled or qualified you are. Applicant must require the following Work Vechile Own Power tools and hand tools (not necessary but preferred) Good Attitude Hardworking Good Listener Qualified Builder (not necessary but preferred) Work varies from Fences, Decks, Kitchen fit outs, Renovations and Extensions I will pay Cash Bonuses for jobs that go extra well and prepared to pay Petrol money for any materials and supplies you may need to get on certain jobs. I will pay the winning applicants Builderscrack fees also.
