Description	The walls throughout the house have wallpaper that has been painted over and we would like the walls skimmed before we put new paint on but are not sure if this can be done without having to remove all of the wallpaper. We want a nice paint finish. There is also a brick fireplace surround and we want to know if the old orange bricks can be plastered over or at least painted. It is an enclosed fire.
