Description	A low garden retaining wall collapsed. It was block with a very solid footing, but no fill in the blocks at all, no drainage either so it was bound to fall eventually. Looking for perhaps another block or key stone option. Wall is about 15 lineal metres long, curving. About 1 metre at highest point.
