Description	Require replacement lining surrounding the bath/shower - with either Hardi Glaze product or tiles. Install shower door (shower is above existing bath). Repair some MDF floor damage and quote on either tiling or other product - selection of buiding materials is dependent on cost. Would also be interested in replacing the toilet, taps and shower heads....
