Description	1. Create a doorway from indoors to out (probably french doors). 2. Pave or pave crete a patio area (30 ish sq meters). 3. New fence about 30 meters long with a gate for cars. 4. New and repair of spouting for a small/med house. 5. Replace 3 panes of obscure glass with toughened glass. 6. Knock down a 3m x 2.4m breeze block wall. 7. Deck an area 10 to 15 sq meters A quote for each part individually by one builder or if you are able to do just one part please tender. Thanks
