Description	I'm looking at leasing an open plan space of approximately 300m2 to set up as a dance school. I would need to put some partitioning walls up in order to create 2 studios, a changing room and an office. I am also considering putting in a false ceiling in order to trap in heat but with some transparent panels to allow the natural light from the skylights to enter. I would also require some kind of 'false' floor in the form of some wooden floor coverings in order to 'soften' the concrete floor a little bit so that the dancers bodies are not jarred by the concrete. I would appreciate a quote as to how much this fit out would cost. I am trying to get hold of the plans of the building. Thanks very much
