Description	We've just bought a new house and get the keys on September 2nd. Before we move in we want to paint the interior (prob about 130m2). There's a bit of preparation required e.g. a few impact holes in ceilings to patch and fill, approx 2 rooms that have old wallpaper to remove. Window surrounds are wood joinery and will need to be sanded back in some areas. It's been approx 18 years since last painting. Ideally we'd like to hear from contractors who can inspect and quote within the next week or two and who can begin work as soon as possible from the 5th September. We have a budget, so potentially it may be a case of getting as much as we can done for our dollars and picking the rest up ourselves.
