Description	Hi Have a heated towel rail that i have just mounted in my bathroom. We need a plug fitted for it. Old late 60's house so no wiring in wall. Expect plug with external short conduit down to floor with cable going through into my exposed beam garage below. Then 10m of cable to switch box along beams. RCD to alow plug to be useed for vacuum etc. Also want to have supplied and fitted extractor fan in the bathroom. nothing flash can have heated bulb if economic. Small bathrrom with approx 1.5m from existing light fitting to exterior wall and window. Exterior wall is on second floor. All work to required codes
