Description	Our two bedroom rental needs an interior paint. There is some wall prep required as there are a few holes from pictures and other fixtures. The approximate size of the the flat is 50sqm. The areas to be painted are: two bedrooms, hallway, living area, kitchen and entranceway. Also include window sills and doors (interior) and ceiling. The property is vacant at the moment.
