Description	New relocated house on section in Takapuna. Lounge, Dinning and kitchen, 3 bedrooms all need to be plastered (PLEASE NOTE CEILINGS ONLY NO WALLS) (refer to grey areas on the attached plan) The passage, bathroom and laundry don�t don�t need any work. GIB guys finish today. Some of the photos don�t show the ceiling as being completed and that�s because the builders are still adding the GIB. Please also including 55mm GIB Cove for all the edging.
