Description	This job is non-earthquake related. Remove a structural wall and make good. Move an exterior door. Install french doors (exterior). Rearrange existing kitchen units, including re-routing plumbing and installing plumbing for future installation of dishwasher. Move laundry - washing machine and tub. Bracing in the ceiling above an internal wall we removed a while back.
